Prohibited Behavior

  • Racist, sexist, or abusive remarks
  • Threatening or intimidating another person
  • Trolling or intentionally provoking others
  • Repeated unwanted contact
  • Impersonating another individual
  • Posting private or confidential information about others without permission

Our Response

Depending on the severity of the violation, MinasList may:

  • Remove content without notice
  • Issue a warning
  • Temporarily suspend an account
  • Permanently ban a user
  • Report illegal activity to the appropriate authorities when necessary

Serious violations may result in an immediate permanent ban without warning.

Threats, Criminal Activity & Law Enforcement

Your Safety Comes First

MinasList takes threats of violence, criminal activity, and unlawful conduct seriously.

If a user posts content that appears to threaten another person or encourages illegal activity, we reserve the right to remove the content and cooperate with law enforcement when legally required.

If You Receive a Threat

If someone threatens you through MinasList:

  • Do not respond aggressively.
  • Save screenshots and any messages.
  • Report the user immediately.
  • Block further communication if possible.

If you believe you are in immediate danger:

  • Call 911 immediately (or your local emergency services if outside the United States).
  • Contact your local law enforcement agency.
  • If the threat involves stalking, domestic violence, child exploitation, or other serious criminal activity, report it to the appropriate authorities without delay.

Cooperation with Authorities

Where required by law, MinasList may cooperate with law enforcement investigations involving:

  • Credible threats of violence
  • Fraud or scams
  • Identity theft
  • Child exploitation
  • Terroristic threats
  • Human trafficking
  • Other criminal offenses

We reserve the right to preserve records when legally required.
