Content Removal
MinasList reserves the right, but is not obligated, to remove or edit content that violates our policies, including:

- Spam
- Offensive language
- Illegal content
- Copyright violations
- Adult content
- Threats or harassment
- Misleading listings
- Fake accounts
- Content that negatively affects the community
Content may be removed without prior notice.
Account Suspension & Permanent Bans
Users who violate our policies may receive:
- A warning
- Temporary suspension
- Permanent removal from MinasList
Permanent bans may be issued immediately for serious violations, including:
- Threats of violence
- Hate speech
- Repeated harassment
- Fraud or scams
- Posting illegal material
- Creating multiple accounts to evade a ban
- Impersonating another individual
Our decisions regarding account enforcement are made to protect the community and are final.
